IT之家 8 月 8 日消息，科技媒體 Windows Latest 昨日（8 月 7 日）發(fā)布博文，報(bào)道稱戴爾公司最新公布了“7 月 Windows 11 更新兼容性”事件受影響清單，波及約 245 款戴爾設(shè)備。
本次 Windows 11 更新兼容性事件，可以追溯到微軟 6 月 23 日發(fā)布的 Windows 11 可選更新 KB5095093，并在 7 月 14 日發(fā)布的 KB5101650 累積更新影響更多用戶。
根據(jù)官方公布的清單，本次受到影響的 PC 涵蓋企業(yè)商務(wù)機(jī)型、消費(fèi)機(jī)型、游戲本、工作站和商用設(shè)備，合計(jì)約 245 款。

根據(jù)官方公告內(nèi)容，本次兼容性問(wèn)題主要是戴爾設(shè)備上的 Intel Innovation Platform Framework (IPF) Processor Participant 驅(qū)動(dòng)不兼容新引入的 Windows USB-C Connection Manager 接口導(dǎo)致。
戴爾表示該驅(qū)動(dòng)用于電源和溫控管理，也用于高端硬件上的性能控制；在企業(yè)場(chǎng)景中，它還支持 Wake on Approach 和 Walk away Lock 等人感檢測(cè)功能。
在故障表現(xiàn)方面，受影響設(shè)備可能引發(fā)異常關(guān)機(jī)、性能下降、發(fā)熱升高和電池耗電加快。
微軟于 7 月 18 日發(fā)布緊急補(bǔ)丁 KB5121767，修復(fù)了相關(guān)問(wèn)題，戴爾表示，若設(shè)備已安裝該修復(fù)，或已升級(jí)到 Build 26200.8894、Build 26100.8894 及后續(xù)版本，應(yīng)該不會(huì)遇到上述兼容性問(wèn)題。
